Completely built from scratch (code, graphics, audio and music) on an afternoon off-work in just over 4 hours, this was started at around 12pm on 23/07/2020 and pretty much finished with the exception of some fluff and thorough bug testing.
General gist is simple; get the blue pickup before the timer bar at the top runs out - but every time you collect it, a clone/ghost of your former self follows the same path you took to that spot. Don't touch the ghost/clone and get the next pickup before the time is up, or it's game over!
There was meant to be more narrative to this; a scientist in his house dashing about whilst a time machine went wrong generating clones of himself that he'd have to dodge - but, given the complete design and build time of 4.5hrs, I can't beat myself up!
Instructions:
- A/D - Left and right
- Space - Jump/Double Jump - tip; mashing space gives you a bit more welly!
- 'M' - Toggle music
- 'R' - Reset game on gameover
Known issue; restarting with ghost/clones on the screen doesnt remove them, so you may get caught in an endless loop. If so, just hit F5 to refresh your browser
